If you notice dirt on a tile, wet it with hot water and use a nylon brush to scrub it off.
If you have a stain on your floor tile, apply a cleaning solution using a mop. You can make a home solution with white vinegar and water. Use ¼ cup of vinegar and two gallons of warm water. Mop the floor and let it sit for five minutes. Then rinse it off. This solution will do a deep cleaning, disinfect and deodorize the tiles. You can also use a professional cleaning solution that you can find in the store.
Mopping the floor
For routine cleaning, mop the tiles with a floor cleaner. Use a mild cleaning solution that will not wear off the shine of your tiles. Rinse it off after a few minutes with warm water.
Dry the floor
Use a microfiber cloth or a clean towel to dry the floors. If the weather is dry, you can also open the windows and let it dry by itself.
Avoid harsh cleaners
You should avoid harsh cleaners like bleach or ammonia, as this can damage the colouring of the tiles.

Porcelain tiles have a waterproof surface, which makes it stain resistant. This means that you don’t need to seal the floor.
